Reporting and Cost Control
First, we will work with you in acquiring and submitting any necessary permits from your local municipality. We then have you sign a certificate of insurance so we can be extra vigilant in our work. Upon coming up with a design concept with you, we will order cabinets, fixtures, and other items with a long lead time to give us reasonable elbow room for the whole project. We will then draft a job schedule giving allowance for lead times, inspection schedules, and other tasks.
Commissioning and Project Closeout
Before any building or repairs is done we will have a pre-construction meeting with you to go over every part of the construction process. Once the job starts, we remove any debris, existing fixtures and finishes in the area and we protect surrounding area. We will then start the project, Install appliances and all necessary plumbing and electrical. Once done, we will call for a final inspection from the township building department as needed. Finally, we clean up any debris and excess materials from the job site.
